I always stay here because it's convenient, comfortable and has great service. The staff even returned my forgotten shower bag. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, outdoor dining area, fitness center. Perfect for my city trip.

Room had a fancy bidet! the kitchenette had everything we needed - a coffee maker, fridge, and stovetop 😊.

The hotel's amazing 24-hour front desk really helped with all the queries I had, and their complimentary shuttle bus was a lifesaver! I also enjoyed the convenience of the coin laundry and the swimming pool - I was practically a mermaid!

The sauna was hotter than the sun. Who needs to relax anyway?

Odor in the Room.

I chose the Ramada Hotel in Pyeongchang because of its convenient location near the Alpensia Ski Jumping Centre. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services offered by the hotel. The dining experience at the on-site restaurant, operated by a well-known food company in Korea, was also enjoyable.

Limited staff interaction and lack of greetings made us feel unwelcome.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a nice view. We were a short walk to the center of the cultural district, ski areas, and Jinbu train station.

Great breakfast here! The location is awesome, right next to the downtown area and cultural district. You can hop in your car and be at the ski slopes in just 5 minutes. The staff is super nice and professional. 👌

Had a fabulous stay during winter. My room with a double bed had a nice view and was clean. - the staff were good. - I enjoyed the great decorations in the room. - the location was marvelous - near Alpensia, a hill, downtown, Jinbu station, and the ski resort. - It was also next to the ski slopes.

Liked the room with a double bed, my bed was comfortable. This hotel was set in a remote area near to the ski resorts and the valley and CU convenience store. Professional and helpful staff, who gave me awesome suggestions.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and loved it. It was a well-maintained and comfy venue in a very quiet area, just off the ski resorts as well as Gangneung Gyeongpo beach. The check in was early and the atmosphere was friendly throughout the hotel. The location was favourable, near all interests.

Our hotel was in a perfect location to Kwang Jang market.

The breakfast buffet had perfectly cooked runny eggs, and the CU convenient store on the B3 floor was super convenient. The under floor heating in the room kept everything warm, and the mini kitchen amenities were great for cooking food in the microwave. The heated toilet with wash features was mind-blowing! The shuttle bus service to the ski resorts and train station was fantastic, and the bus driver was amazing. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch.
